Paradox have today announced two new titles from their internal development studio. Over in Miami at their Paradox Interactive Convention, the Scandinavian developers announced an eagerly expected fourth-qual, Hearts of Iron IV and an all new RPS called Runemaster. Jon Rissik on Railsimulator’s transition to Dovetail Games

I brought word the other day that the developers of Train Simulator had undergone a transformation. They were no longer Railsimulator.com focused on the Train Sim franchise as the company had transitioned to become Dovetail Games with a broader simulation remit. The Latest Euro Truck Sim 2 Developments

After turning on Steam the other day, I took at look at the list of current downloads and spotted Euro Truck Simulator 2 busy downloading an update. Super Mario 3D World – I Need Mario in My Life

Super Mario 3D World – I Need Mario in My Life

I’ve decided that I need to get some Mario back in my life having watched six minutes of action from Super Mario 3D World. Rome II Keeps Getting More Content

Rome II Keeps Getting More Content

Rome II is the game that just keeps on giving, though admittedly a stream of updates was to be expected following the initial launch which was greeted with shouts of anger and frustration about bugs and poor balancing. Things have certainly come a long way with five major patches having been delivered thus far and more certainly on the way.

We haven’t only seen patches though as the game has been changing with more than just bug fixes.

Sixteen Minutes Fifty-Eight Seconds of Arkham Origins

Sixteen Minutes Fifty-Eight Seconds of Arkham Origins

My first look at Batman Arkham Origins came at Eurogamer back in September and while I only had a brief go with it, it reminded me of just how much fun there was to be had with Bruce Wayne. It was that little experience which got me to start playing Arkham City once more…well until the plague that was Games for Windows Live got removed. I’ll have to start that one again.

After the break though you can find a near 17 minute gameplay walkthrough from the team at Warner Bros Montreal. It really is worth checking out.
