Valve Gives Ten New Games The Greenlight, Includes Black Mesa And Towns

Valve have announced the first batch of games to be launched on Steam via their new Greenlight service. Greenlight allows developers and publishers to post information and media about their game in an effort to convince community members that their game should be released on Steam. These ten titles have picked up strong support from the community and will be available on Steam in the coming months.

Anna Sweet of Valve said:

Since launch, hundreds of titles have been submitted, with more coming in every day. We expect to be announcing more titles coming to Steam via Greenlight soon. The Steam community rallied around these titles and made them the clear choice for the first set of titles to launch out of Greenlight.

The first set of titles to arrive on Steam Via Greenlight are as follows:

Black Mesa
Cry of Fear
Dream
Heroes & Generals
Kenshi
McPixel
No More Room in Hell
Project Zombiod
Routine
Towns
