The Eternal Kerbal Space Program Conundrum

The Eternal Kerbal Space Program Conundrum

After Nick managed to successfully land a Kerbal on Duna I asked him if he was going to be able to get them home again. Nick informed me with a heavy heart that this brave Kerbal wouldn’t be coming home this time. My lack of expertise with the way of Kerbal Space Program shone through when I suggested Nick just add a return module next time. Nick’s response was telling and perfectly sums up the conundrum of this game.

“Another module means more fuel.
More fuel means more mass.
More mass means more thrust.
More thrust means more engines.
More engines mean more modules.
More modules means more fuel…

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I’M DOING!!!!

I’m sure Nick will have more stories from his Kerbal’s come the special 52nd edition of Our Week in Games coming soon, but in the meantime, what are your favourite stories of these brave space-Kerbals?
