It is almost time for Connor Kenway  to slash and burn across the American east coast, slaughtering royalists and pseudo-revolutionaries and bears alike. In this launch trailer, we see a little of what’s in store and how the boy Ratonhnhaké:ton became the killer in the white hood.

It certainly looks like an exciting life in video. Will it hold up when players get involved? And what of that other leading man, modern-day assassin Desmond Miles? Look out for my impressions at release and subsequent full review shortly thereafter.

Assassin’s Creed 3 will be released on Xbox 360 and PS3 on Oct 30th in North American and the 31st everywhere else. The PC release dates are November 20th and 23rd respectively. It is a launch title for the Wii U, on November 18th and 30th.
