It’s New Year’s Eve, and about time that I finished my series of entries in Our Year in Games. Through the first two parts of my chatter, I covered games from the last couple of years that I had spent quite some time playing this year, while in Part Three I covered three highlights from games released this year. Now, I have three further games released in 2016 that I want to talk about. Hit the break dear reader for musings on Battlefield…
Welcome to my third entry in Our Year in Games 2016. I hope everyone has had a merry Christmas and festive period so far, and with 2017 just around the corner, I think it is about time I actually talked about some of the games from this year that I have been playing.
Hello, and welcome to part two of my contribution to Our Year in Games 2016. I’m continuing my tale of my year in games by talking about another selection of games that weren’t necessarily released in 2016. I have played new games this year, honest! But a lot of older games have played some part in shaping my year in games. Here’s four of them.
Welcome to Our Year in Games coming at you from Reticule Towers. I realise that we didn’t do any sort of yearly roundup for 2015, but we’re making up for it this year. I’ve invited a few old faces to take part in Our Year in Games, so hopefully you won’t just have me for company! I’m probably going to split my tales across a few entries to cover the games from previous years that I’ve been playing this year…
As we roll ever closer to Christmas, we have one last edition of Our Year in Games to share with you before we bring you Our Games of the Year on Christmas Day. If you’re reading that on Christmas Day, then you don’t have enough Christmas dinner to eat. With that, let us move on with Our Year in Games…
As we trundle ever closer to Christmas, it is of course time for another edition of Our Year in Games here at Reticule Towers. Read on to see what other tales from our past year we have to share.
Last week we kicked off a review of our last year in games, and today we kick on with part two. Hit the break to see what other thoughts we have from the last year in games…
Welcome to Part One of Our Year in Games here at Reticule Towers. For the next four Sundays, we will be sharing memories and thoughts on what has transpired in our past gaming year. We aren’t limiting ourselves to talking about games released this year, anything goes. Have no fear though, we will be taking a look at Our Games of the Year at Christmas, though I doubt we will come away with a definitive verdict.
Welcome one and all to the last part of this year’s run of Our Year in Games. You can find the earlier parts right over here. As ever, after the break you can read thoughts from the team about this past year in gaming, while getting ready for Our Game of the Year on Christmas Day. What tales do we have to share today, read on to find out.
Welcome to Part Three of Our Year in Games. You can find Part One and Two right over here if you are interested in catching up. Welcome to part two of Our Year in Games, you can check our part one over here. Hopefully everyone is starting to get in the festive spirit as Christmas and a new year draw ever closer. Enough of the intro though, hit the break to see what else we have to say about our past year of games.
It is the first day of December, and crucially it is also the first Sunday of December. What does that mean? Why it means we take another break from our regularly scheduled programming and get ready to bring you the first of four editions of Our Year in Games.
The idea is simple, for the next four Sunday’s we will talk about what we have been playing over the past year and share some of our favourite gaming moments. It isn’t Our Game of the Year; that will come on Christmas Day. For now, hit the jump and check out what we have to share from the past year.
The Sunday regular of Our Week in Games is being put on hold for a few weeks as the end of the year approaches. Instead, we are going to talk a little bit about Our Year in Games until Christmas when we will all talk about some of our Games of the Year.
It is worth noting that just because we talk about a game here, it doesn’t mean it will necessarily be part of our Games of the Year list. It certainly isn’t for me, so hit the jump to find out what some of us here at Reticule Towers have been getting up to this past year.
