Does it really match the console versions? That is pretty darn good considering this is just a browser game! I knew it looked good, but not that good!

Oh ya, the 3rd Beta is over, but I heard the next Beta will be to test the Multiplayer feature. I am pretty psyched to try this with my buddies.

If you bump up the graphic settings to Super and you actually have a decent card (Nvidia 9800GT or higher… not sure what the ATI equivalent is), the graphics are better than the consoles. This is probably because of the higher resolution of the PC platform.

The water, in particular, looks fantastic. TPC Sawgrass hole #17, ’nuff said!

I tried this with a different PC with a lower end graphics card and had to bump the sliders down since the FPS drop made the game unplayable. The graphics at this point did not match the consoles.

This game is fantastic when you consider its playing from your web browser. If you have a high-end graphics card and bump up the graphic setting sliders, it looks better than the 360/PS3 console versions.

As mentoined in the article, the Tournaments are fun. Alot of people complain about the physics, but if you spend the time to upgrade your own stats, the game is extremely playable. I enjoy a mix between the 3-Click system and TrueSwing. Together with their Objectives system (similar to Achievements/Trophies on consoles), this keep me coming back for more. It’s almost like an MMO addiction. Get your daily tournament played and grind out those stat increases!
